Our laser photoplotters are accepted world-wide as the benchmark for accuracy, throughput and reliability. We offer a choice of “drop-in” models for customers who want the highest plot speed, or the finest features (down to 5micron), or the best all- round combination of speed, resolution and price.
Our laser photoplotters are available in various throughput and fine-line capability models to best suit our customer’s photo tooling production needs.
The global plotter benchmark
The SilverWriter series has been developed in response to industry demands for plotters that deliver ultrasharp edge definition and very precise linewidth control but without the very high plot resolutions needed for features. Special high definition optics and plot resolutions deliver ultra precise image quality.
Unequalled image quality
With its unique optical system the SilverWriter will plot the tightest toleranced designs with pin sharp quality. Multiple plot resolutions deliver the optimum setting for every image. Two unique imaging functions, syntectic modulation and submicron pixel placement, eliminate the rounding errors found on conventional plots and guarantee optimal line width accuracy. Dynamic beam positioning and the patented stress free film loader ensure an unrivalled geometric accuracy on every plot for perfect side to side registration.
The SilverWriter is engineered for round the clock, long term reliability. The ultra stable granite bed, maintenance free linear motor, air bearings and the new direct drive drum deliver unparalleled long term uptime your guarantee of on time deliveries, low whole life costs and an optimum return on your investment.
Compatible and choice
The SilverWriter accepts plot instructions directly in UCAM, Genesis, OI5000(Expert) or MDA formats, making it a “wheel in” replacement for conventional plotters. Choose from standard, double or quad speed, up to 16 resolutions (metric and imperial) per machine, & 1 to 3 film magazines. With a well proven upgrade path we can set up a SilverWriter to your precise requirements now and in the future.
