A few of the irresistible advantages of joining the team at Ucamco to elevate your career ...

No more than a third of managers in Belgium have a leadership style that helps prevent burnout. This became apparent after a survey of employees by HR services company Securex and KU Leuven. Only 1 percent of employees with a supportive manager have serious burnout complaints. For a strictly controlling, toxic manager, the figure is 38 percent.

The mutual relationships among the staff are exquisite. Even between colleagues working in different countries and continents. I cannot think of 2 colleagues who do not see eye to eye.
